Czech-Bulgarian Chamber Participates in Memorable Czech Day Celebration

The Czech-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce was delighted to participate in the exceptional "Czech Day in Sofia" held in late September at Crystal Park. This vibrant cultural celebration, organized by the Czech Embassy, showcased the strong ties between our nations.

The event featured leading Czech companies including Škoda Auto, Bernard brewery, Svijany brewery, and Škoda Transportation, demonstrating the robust business relationships we foster. Czech Ambassador Miroslav Toman opened the festivities alongside Bulgarian officials including the Deputy Minister of Tourism and the Mayor of Sredec district.

Attendees enjoyed traditional Czech cuisine with goulash and sausages, complemented by authentic Czech beer and slivovitz. The cultural program included joint performances by Czech and Bulgarian military orchestras, presentations of recently released books by Czech authors, and exhibitions highlighting Czech beauty. The celebration concluded with an elegant reception at the Czech Embassy, leaving lasting memories of Czech-Bulgarian friendship and cooperation.
